Yojana Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. incorporated in Uttar Pradesh with a vision to lead India's biogas revolution through advanced Compressed Biogas technology.
SATAT Registration
Officially registered under the Government of India's SATAT scheme, securing long-term offtake agreements with oil marketing companies.
Plant Construction Begins
Groundbreaking ceremony for our flagship CBG plant in Uttar Pradesh, designed for 5 TPD output capacity and full BIS compliance.
Commercial Operations
Plant achieves full commercial operations, processing over 41,000 MT of biomass annually and supplying CBG to CGD networks across the region.
BIS Certification
Received BIS certification for CBG production under IS 16087, validating product quality for automotive and industrial use.
Proposed Expansion Phase
Initiating Phase 2 expansion to double production capacity and extend biomass sourcing network across three districts of Uttar Pradesh.

Director — Operations
A dynamic business leader with B.E. in IT from IIIT-Calcutta, MBA from IIM-Lucknow, and PMP credentials. He brings over 19 years of experience in manufacturing, sustainability, plant operations, process excellence, sales, business development, go-to-market strategy, and project/program management across the APAC region, driving growth and execution across industries.
Mrs. Nidhi Garg
Advisor — Finance & Strategy
A distinguished banking and finance leader, with an MBA in Banking & Finance, a Gold Medalist. She brings over 16 years of experience across banking and finance leadership roles, including AGM and AVP Finance. She has successfully driven finance digital transformation, merger, credit, risk and financial platform transformation projects across multiple regions, including APAC.
Arvind Mishra
Head — Plant Engineering
A seasoned mechanical engineer with B.Tech from NIT Allahabad and 14 years of hands-on experience in biogas plant design, commissioning, and operations. He has led the technical setup of multiple CBG and biogas facilities across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh, specialising in anaerobic digestion systems, PSA upgrading technology, and SCADA-based process automation.
Priya Verma
Manager — Compliance & Certifications
A regulatory and compliance specialist with an LLB and MBA in Environmental Management. She oversees all statutory certifications including BIS IS 16087, SATAT registration, UP PCB compliance, and ISO 9001:2015 audits. With 10 years of experience in environmental law and industrial compliance, she ensures Yojana Green Energy meets every national benchmark.
Rajesh Tiwari
Manager — Biomass Procurement
An agri-business professional with a B.Sc. in Agriculture from CSAUAT Kanpur and 12 years of field experience in rural supply chain management across Western Uttar Pradesh. He leads the biomass procurement network, managing relationships with 500+ farmers, sugar mills, and municipal bodies to ensure year-round feedstock availability for the plant.
